To flirt or not to flirt?

I recently landed a role in a play. Anyway, some of the young women that I work with happen to be very attractive. Would it be inappropriate to flirt with them between our sets, or during a break? Can I be replaced for doing this? I know I'm there to work, but I can barely control myself.

P.S.- I am new to acting and it is not a paying gig.

To flirt or not to flirt?
well i think it would be okay

and i doubt you would get replaced

just don't let it get in the way of the reason you are there

and that is to work!
Reply:Nothing wrong with flirting. It's just harmless fun. Just keep in mind that you are at work, so there are certain boundaries you have to keep in mind!
Reply:If you are in the play (for no money) to begin with, than it must be some thing you enjoy and that is, of some importance to you. So, you have to assess the "big picture" I don't know if you would be replaced or not, but if your flirting disrupted rehearsals or made people feel uncomfortable, I think you would be taking a chance of that happening. Is this play something you want to screw up?

On the other hand, subtle and harmless flirting goes on in the work place every day. Let the "vibe" of the group be your guide %26amp; see if you can develop friendships with the women that take you away from the play and maybe keep the flirting until the play is done.

I guess it comes down to what is more important to you.
Reply:flirt just be careful
Reply:i say flirt! but be careful about who and where. For eexample, you don't want to flirt in front of the director, or in front of a girl you just finished flirting with 5 minuted ago. But some smiling, eye contact and great conversation wouldn't be crossing any line!
Reply:it would be okay i guess. But just dont' take it to far. Cause if you take it way to far then you will probaly get replace. but if it's mild flirting then you are good
Reply:It is all up tp you. You can flirt, but do not hurt their feelings.
Reply:do i care...no i just need points

no im j/p

i think that it would be fine...just remember that you ARE at work so you need to keep it mild
Reply:could be uncomfortable if taken the wrong way
