How do I flirt with bar women?

I'm not bad looking but have a problem talking to bar chicks. I just don't know how to flirt with them.


I see my friends approaching them and saying things, and i see the girls really interested in them.


When i approach a girl in a bar or night club, I start talking and she is interested, but then she looses interest in the next 5-10 min. What do guys tell girls in bars to flirt with them? can you give me examples or things to say or attitude to have? I'm not looking for a long term thing her but rather one night stands or casual fun. So answers about being myself and being polite won't work. I'm looking to flirt casually like many guys do successfully, not for love.
