Do girls flirt more with guys they're ineterested in or not interested in?

I'm just curious, since some girls say they never flirt with guys they like but flirt all the time with guys they don't like. At the same time though, when a girl flirts with somebody, I'm guessing there has to be some type of interest there right? Thanks for the taking the time to read this and for the help.

sometimes, you're just in a mood to flirt and you don't necessary like the guy. it's just fun.


sometimes its because of attraction.


and a lot of times we don't know that we're flirting. it just comes off that way.

Reply:Well, I flirt with guys because I like them. I usually don't like to flirt wtih people I don't like because that could lead to me leading him on. So if your wondering because some girl was flirting with you.. most likely she likes you.

Reply:Well, most girls would say people they are interested in. Because they want them to like them and have attention. If a girl flirts with a guy they arn't interested in, they probably are doing it to make fun of him.

Girls tend to flirt less or not at all, with guys they really want because they don't want to come across as being "easy".





On the other hand, some girls are trashy and come out and offer their bodies to the guys they want. Go figure.
Reply:I think that women flirts with a guy whether or not she means to. There has to be some kind of an attraction. She may not think so but her subconscious mind knows. It may not be enough that she wants to date them but its enough for her to flirt.

Reply:You may never be able to tell if someone likes you or not when they're flirting with you. But this much I know. . . for *most* people, if you feel an attraction towards someone, you will NOT be able to hide it. You will be akward around them, a little shy and probably not flirt with them unless they initiate it. Why? Because you have a vested interest in them and you don't want to be rejected.





But if you are relaxed, and maybe brazenly react to someone flirting with you, its probably because they like you, but you don't like them. You are able to joke around and flirt because you have nothing to risk. If I know a guy likes me, and he's akwardly flirting with me, I go out of my way to make him feel comfortable. I'm not interested or leading him on, I just want him to feel good about himself. I know some girls can be mean and that breaks my heart. It's awful to see someone hurting and putting themselves 'out there'.





Luckily, I have a boyfriend so no one will get the wrong idea!





Thing is, you can never really be sure about anyones motives. Yeah instinct is your best compass, but if a friend is around as a witness, they have the BEST insight. They see things as they are and have your best interests at heart.

Reply:I find it much easier to talk to guys that I'm not interested in, and some of them perceive it as flirting. I'm a shy gal, especially around guys I like, and my flirting game isn't natural. I've seen lots of girls who flirt with everyone just for the attention, but may not discriminate between those they like and those they don't. Some girls get a charge flirting with guys who obviously aren't used to the attention, which is a shame because they have no intention of following through.

Reply:Well, in my experience(repeat my experience) girls like to flirt with a guy they know would want them just to get his hopes up. Once they do that they know they have poor soul in their power. To answer ur question yea there is some interest there but its to hurt and feel domaniant over that person. I'm not being fair at all about this, probably because I've been hurt so many times by the same person over and over.

Reply:Girls flirt with men they want something from--usually it's just attention they want. I REALLY doubt that any girl would flirt with someone they weren't at all interested in--it just doesn't make sense.

-if it's a shy girl and they flirt with you ALOT or don't flirt with you at all, there's a good chance they like you.





- if it's an outgoing girl, they tend to flirt with you more.
Reply:It depends on the girls personality. If she flirts with everyone than it doesn't mean anything, she's just a flirt. I work with one of those and she will throw herself at anyone. If this girl flirts with only certain people. it is because she is attracted to them on some level. I am very flirtatious, but can not flirt with someone who doesn't stimulate me physically or mentally.

Reply:i'm so bad at flirting...i guess it's just not my thing. i'm also not really aware that i'm flirting sometimes. it's like involuntary or something. but yeah i do kinda catch myself doing it around guys that i'm really good friends with or who are unavailable. i think around guys i'm interested in, i'm just a little too self conscious where as with guy friends i don't even notice what i do naturally. does that make sense? hope this helps.
