Also, it depends on how much you know about the other person well enough and how much he/she is comfortable with the other person.





In your case, for example, if your friend likes bollywood movies that generally shows chicks in great revealing clothes, when the situation/circumstance is favourable, you could initiate a conversation with her like something like ......"oh! you know, yesterday, I had to switch off/skip that movie channel when mom walked into the living room" ...if she is a bit flirty type, and depending on how much she feels comfortable with you, that will make her curious to ask more. That would get the conversation going.
