Why does he flirt so much?

Ok so theres this guy.





He flirts with me alot. I'm starting to totally like him.

He layed his legs across mine and like played footsie. lol He played with my hand. He kept touching it actually. When I layed my head down on my desk he layed his hand on my side and kept it there. Eveytime I talk (not even to him) he looks at me RIGHT in my eyes. And when he stares at me his eyes get HUGE. But,my friend told him that I like him. And she said "Do you like Haley" and he said "Yeah I like her,as a friend" But I dont understand! He still flirts with me ALOT! HELPP! And also...he always flirts with me when he could flirt with any other girl thats around him but he picks mee.

Women says man is just a friend= he is gay/or she has not had the opportunity to sleep with him yet





Man says woman is just a friend= He has no testicles/ is a virgin/ she is gay and he cant figure out how to do her and her girlfriend yet.
