How can I flirt with a shy girl?

I'm a senior in high school. Now, there's this pretty popular girl that is really nice (and single). She's attractive but she is pretty shy...we have the same set of friends but we have never really held a conversation. We laugh with each other sometimes, say things here and there...but I find it really hard to flirt with her. I flirt with every girl that I know, so this is unusual. She doesn't really initiate conversations and she doesn't have a whole lot of interesting stuff to say. I want to flirt with her some and get her attracted to me (even more) before I ask her to Starbucks or something. So what sort of things can I do to flirt with this shy girl?

okay i know where your comin from cause my cousin's current boyfriend had the same problem with her you don't wanna come on to strong or she'll get freaked but maybe since you guys have some of the same friends you could get them to help out a little i don't know what he did was got me in it and i helped him out so if you know someone really close to her than get them to help

Reply:Usually people who are shy may have low self esteem so they need encouraging. Try to accept her as she is with her good and bad features, encourage her a lot, praise her for her good qualities (inner and outer). :))
Reply:flirt just like you do with everyone else i am in high school to ... just try to talk to her and see if she will talk to you.. um write her a note mabe she is just shy talking and if you all talk in a letter then mabe it will turn into talking in person... i know this is like so 2nd grade but try it... good luck
Reply:Only flirt with her if you really like her and intend on having a relationship with her! Try talking to her about things the two of you have in common like classes homework. Ask her questions like her favorite color get to know her never say me too if you don't really mean it she will be able to tell if you are lying get her talking make her laugh and don't make it sound like you are asking her on a date do it real sly like are you hungry? do you want to get something to eat? I'm thirsty do you want something my treat?
