Flirt to much?

I really like this guy in my grade (high school). I flirt a lot with him and sometimes he flirts make, sometimes he doesn't and seems annoyed. Is it me? Like do guys find it annoying if girls flirt a lot with them (especially the shy guys)

Well, the shy guys usually tend to not make the first moves...so if you're making the first moves, that's usually a good thing for them. Sometimes he'll flirt back if he can think of anything to say that won't offend you, sometimes he won't and just freeze up.





You can experiment a little...the way I see it, the only harm done is if you don't do anything at all and back off - because then you'll never really know if he's enjoying it or not. So continue to do what you were doing, see if you can find anymore clues (gestures, eye contact, etc) and/or find anymore information about his feelings toward you.
Reply:I don't think so. I believe that if he likes you then he wouldn't be annoyed. You just have to kind of feel out the situation and then you will know, what the hell the next step should be.

Reply:It all depends on the guy. Shy guys especially like to take it slow so usually i determine if a guy likes me by taking a day and kind of ignoring him a little bit to see what his reaction is. Personally i believe a guy likes it if he gets flirted with; it boosts their confidence whether they admit it or not.

Reply:uh yeah. you should probably hold back on the flirting a lil. And you dont have to just flirt. you can ask him how hes doing. if he answers and you dont know what to say, just say "hmm..." if he really wants to continue talking to you, then he will say something else to keep ur interest. if not engage in a conversation with a female friend a moment later allowing him to jump in if he felt like it. you will understand pretty much how he feels by the result of this.

Reply:I don't know about boys and flirting. I am girl, but maybe you should STOP too much flirting. Some boys are shy. They want a girl to flirt with them a little to show they are interested in the boy. Too mich flirty will make him think that you are only in it for something physical. It is up to you what you do, but REMEMBER that some boys (very few, actually) think it is more romantic (or whatever) if they can flirt more with you. I don't know-whatever. I am also confused about this topic...but, I don't flirt with boys. I am too shy...plus, I already have a potential boyfriend in mind. I don't think I will flirt with him. I think that flirting is a child's game. I will just walk up to him and tell him how I feel.

Reply:definitely. especially if it's in class. Guys have to keep up an image too you know and you make that very difficult if you're all over him and everyone in the class is watching or listening. This applies outside of class too. Leave the flirting outside of school.
Reply:I flirt with this guy, a lot. He usually flirts back. Sometimes he won't. Just keep flirting. Maybe don't do it so often. You have to play kinda hard to get so you can make him really want you. Don't show your self as being tooo easy!

and yes, shy guys dont really get the whole flirting thing, so you have to just talk nicely to them. lol. i dont like shy guys.

Reply:the shy guys dont....they are just shy. but if it seems like another guy is getting anoyyed with u flirting with him...then thats probably why! but some other guys love wen u flirt with them so it rare with them
